What I appreciate the most about design is seeking things, experimenting with things and then seeing them in a different light.
With experience across higher education, events and commercial brands, Carla creates strategic visual identities and campaigns that connect with people and communicate with clarity. Her work spans brand identity, digital marketing, print collateral, environmental graphics and illustration, always balancing creativity with purpose.
Her design process is rooted in curiosity—understanding the problem, exploring possibilities and refining ideas into simple, considered solutions. She believes the strongest design isn't about adding more, but revealing what matters most.
Throughout her career, Carla has collaborated with organisations including Monash University, Little Red Pocket Co, TABOO Australia, Ronald McDonald House Charities and a range of independent businesses, helping bring brands, campaigns and experiences to life through thoughtful, audience-focused design.
Outside the studio, you'll most likely find her at a concert, discovering new creative inspiration or planning the next one.
